Cranberry Shortbread Crumble Bars

INGREDIENTS
12 oz fresh cranberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large orange (juiced (about 1/4 cup))
1 lemon (zested and juiced (about 2 tbsp of juice))
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp kosher salt
1 1/2 cups unsalted butter (3 sticks of butter at room temperature)
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
12 oz cranberry citrus sauce (see above for recipe)
1/2 cup light brown sugar (firmly packed)
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
powdered sugar (for serving (optional))
