INGREDIENTS
1⅓ cups (160 grams) all-purpose, unbleached flour
1 cup (120 grams) whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
⅔ cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup orange juice
1 cup plain 2% fat Greek yogurt
2 eggs (You can use ½ cup egg substitute instead)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup fresh cranberries, or frozen that have been thawed
½ cup chopped pistachios
1 ½ tbsp. orange zest
