1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats (or large flake oats)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 cups fresh cranberries
