Cranberry Orange Jello Salad
"Not to sound like a broken record...but...the side dishes make the meal! Seriously! What is Turkey without stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, candied yams, homemade buttery rolls, and all your favorite holiday salads? It's just a big awkward bird sitting in the middle of your dinning table! Oh sure...the "Turkey" got an honorable mention in "Scrooge"...but only because this salad wasn't on menu! If it was...he would have leaned out the window and asked the boy to go "Fetch" him the pan of Cranberry Orange ..."
INGREDIENTS

1 cup all-purpose flour
•
1 cup chopped pecans
•
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
•
1/2 cup butter, melted
•
2 (8oz. packages cream cheese, softened)
•
1/3 cup granulated sugar
•
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
•
2 (3 ounce) packages orange gelatin
•
2 cup boiling water
•
2 (14 ounce) cans whole-berry cranberry sauce
•
1 cup cold water
•
Garnish: whipped topping, chopped fresh cranberries
