1/2 cup plus 2 Tbs. apple cider; more as needed
2 cups plus 1 Tbs. granulated sugar
2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. powdered pectin, preferably Pomona’s Universal Pectin
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. citric acid or vitamin C powder
