2 Celery Ribs
1 small Tomato (diced)
6 Green Olives (pitted, minced)
1/4 cup Red Onion (chopped)
1/2 cup Dried Cranberries (I used unsweetened dried cranberries)
1/4 cup Pecan (chopped, dry roasted)
1 1/2 cups Lettuce (chopped)
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Cranberry Jam (no sugar added)
