INGREDIENTS

1 unbaked pie shell

1/2 Cup mayonnaise

2 TB. flour
•
2 eggs, beaten
•
1/2 Cup milk
•
7-7 1/2 oz. can flaked crab (real or imitation)
•
4 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
•
4 oz. cheddar cheese, diced
•
1/3 Cup chopped yellow onion (1 medium)
•
1-2 tsp. FOX POINT, MURAL OF FLAVOR,

This recipe makes two 9-inch pie crusts. You only need one for the crab pie. You can cut the recipe in half or refrigerate/freeze the second crust.
