1/2 pound Macaroni pasta

3 slices loaf bread (I didn't have any bread so I used a small bagel - worked great!)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter
•
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
•
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
•
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
•
1 teaspoon Kosher salt, divided
•
1/4 cup all purpose flour
•
1 3/4 cup milk
•
1 cup half and half
•
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
•
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
•
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
•
2 cups medium Cheddar Cheese, grated
•
1 cup Fontina Cheese, grated
•
2 cans (6 ounces each) Crab Meat, drained
•
