1 pound lean ground beef
8 slices bacon, chopped
1 pound sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup onion, diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 (10.5 ounces) cans Rotel
2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn with liquid
2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Salt, as needed
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
