INGREDIENTS
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 large egg
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 3-1/2 pounds), cut up
