1 bay leaf

1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil + 2 tsp wheat flour
•
Potato topping:
•
1 kilogram of potatoes cooked przeci?ni?tych by crushed or mashed
•
200 ml of milk
•
30 g of soft butter
•
200 g grated cheese parsley for decoration and for health :)
