Cornichon-Style Pickles
"Cornichons -- French for "gherkins" -- are tart pickles made from tiny gherkin cucumbers. Finding these cucumbers can prove difficult, so we created an equally tasty and petite alternative by slicing the smallest available pickling cucumbers into thin spears.
