2 packages active dry yeast

2 tablesppons honey or molasses

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 teaspoons sea salt

place in a mixing bowl while measuring out the following

3 tablespoons wheat germ
•
1/2 cup full fat soy flour
•
3/4 cup nonfat dry milk
•
5 cups whole wheat flour or 50/50 whole wheat and unbleached white
•
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
•
3 tablespoons sunflower sseeds or walnuts
•
1/4 cup raisins
