1/2 cup salt
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon pink cure salt
Pickling Spice:
2 tablespoon pepper corns, smashed
1 tablespoon coriander seeds, crushed
7 bay leaves, crushed
1 1/2 tablespoons mustard seeds
2 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons whole all spice
8 cloves garlic crushed
1 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
3 whole cloves
