1/2 cup ricotta cheese (OK to substitute cottage cheese)
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese (OK to substitute cream cheese)
1/2 cup honey
1 14.5-ounce can creamed corn
1/2 stick melted butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 whole eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Butter to grease pan
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons shallots, minced
1 tablespoon fresh sage, minced (half that if using dry)
1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons garlic chili sauce
1 cup all-purpose flour
9 tablespoons olive oil, divided
9 tablespoons butter, divided
