Fried Chicken:
1/2 pound (8-ounces) boneless, skinless, chicken breast, thinly sliced (approximately 2x1x1/4-inch)
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground fresh pepper
Vegetable or canola oil for frying
Cornbread Waffle:
1 box Stonewall Kitchen Cornbread Mix
1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup whole milk
4 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 Tablespoons chopped scallions
Vegetable spray
