INGREDIENTS
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 ears corn, kernels removed from the cob with a sharp or serrated knife
3 tablespoons butter
½ onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup arborio/risotto rice
4 cups chicken stock
2 cups warm water
Salt and pepper, to taste
