1 ½ cups yellow cornmeal

1 ½ cups flour

1 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

11/2 tablespoon honey
•
1 teaspoon salt
•
A few gratings whole nutmeg ((1/4 teaspoon give or take))
•
1/4 teaspoon of chipotle powder
•
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
•
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
•
4 eggs
•
8 beef hot dogs
•
Non-GMO Cornstarch ((or flour but cornstarch works better) for rolling hot dogs in)
