INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
15.25 ounce can sweet corn, drained
14.75 ounce can cream style golden corn
1 cup sour cream (plus extra for garnish)
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
3 tablespoons sugar
