3/4 cups + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3/4 tablespoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon unsalted butter (melted)
1 1/4 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
