1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, I used regular for this recipe not Dutch processed

2 espresso shots or 1/2 cup strong coffee, you can use decaf too

2 to 4 tbsp milk of choice, or leave out if you want a stronger beverageIce, make sure that ice is fresh, no little wimpy pieces left at the back of the freezer
