approx 1/4 Thai Sweet Chili Sauce (we use Kikkoman's) adjust to taste.

3/4 cup flour
•
1/2 cup corn starch
•
2 Tablespoons garlic powder
•
Salt and pepper to taste
•
1 egg
•
1 cup of buttermilk (can also substitute with milk)
