1 lb of skinless, boneless chicken breasts

2 small green onion tops chopped
•
2 cloves garlic, chopped
•
1/2 - 1 cup cashews or to taste
•
1/2 tsp red chili pepper flakes
•
Ingredients needed to make sauce:
•
Sauce: you can mix it the night before to save time when cooking.
•
1/2 cup ketchup
•
1 tsp cayenne pepper
•
4 tsp soy sauce
•
1 1/2 tsp sesame oil or oil of your choice, I prefer canola oil
•
1/2 tsp salt or-to taste
•
3 Tbsp sugar
•
1/2 cup chicken broth, low sodium
•
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
