INGREDIENTS

Crust Recipe:

2 1/2 - cups all purpose or bread flour
•
1 - teaspoon salt
•
1 - cup warm water
•
1 - tablespoon baking powder
•
4 - tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
•
1 - 1/4 oz packet yeast or (2 - 1/4 teaspoons)
•
Pizza Ingredients:
•
2/3 - cup jarred or homemade pizza sauce (1/3 cup per pizza)
•
4 - tablespoons oil, I just used enough to coat each pan
•
pizza toppings of choice (we used pepperoni & cheese)
•
3 - cups shredded mozzarella cheese, the amount of cheese is flexible
