1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp salt

1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 Tbsp heavy cream
•
1 cup mini chocolate chips
•
1 cup chocolate chips or dark chocolate melting wafers (melted)
