2 packages of 4 oz diced pancetta

1 small white onion chopped

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 Cup Low-Sodium Chicken Stock
•
1/2 cup water
•
1/3 cup white vinegar
•
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
•
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (OPTIONAL!!!!!)
