1 tablespoon Mexican instant coffee, dissolved in 1 tablespoon boiling water

For the Whipped Cream:
•
1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream
•
1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
•
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
•
2 tablespoons white or silver tequila
