Ingredients: 1 1/2 sticks butter or 12 tablespoons or 3/4 cup (softened); 1/2 cup white granulated sugar; 2 eggs; 1 cup sour cream; 2 teaspoons vanilla extract; 2 cups all-purpose flour; 1 teaspoon baking powder; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/2 cup cinnamon chips ((can use store bought or my homemade cinnamon chips recipe)); 1/2 cup brown sugar; 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon; 3/4 to 1 cup powdered sugar; 5 to 6 tablespoons milk
