•
•½ c. gluten-free oat flour
•
•1½ c. gluten-free rolled oats
•
•½ t. baking powder
•
•½ t. baking soda
•
•½ t. fine sea salt
•
•½ t. ground cinnamon
•
•½ c. unsweetened, shredded coconut
•
•½ c. chopped raw, unsalted walnuts

•non dairy-chocolate chips, as needed
