12 ounces beer
14 ounces sweetened flaked coconut
Oil for frying
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Pina colada mix
1/4 cup crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
