For the Cake:

one 20 oz. can of pineapple, undrained

2 eggs

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
•
8 oz. softened cream cheese (I used Philadelphia)
•
1/4 cup softened butter (I used Land O’Lakes)
•
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
•
2 teaspoons vanilla
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
•
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
•
1 cup toasted coconut, optional
