Name: Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients: 5 1/3 cups sweetened coconut; 2/3 cup sugar; 6 Tbsp. flour; 1/2 tsp. salt; 4 egg whites; 1 tsp. vanilla; Dipping Chocolate I use chocolate candy coating, but semi-sweet chocolate chips melted will work, too.
