1 can coconut milk unsweetened
1Ú2 cup mayonnaise

2 eggs
2 cups Japanese breadcrumbs
1 Mango peeled and diced
1Ú2 red pepper seeded and diced
1Ú2 cup cilantro chopped fine
1 lime juiced
1 tablespoon white vinegar

1Ú2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1Ú2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cup canola oil
