Ingredients: 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, soft; 1 1/4 cups Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar; 3 large eggs, at room temperature; 2 tablespoons lime zest, no white bitter pith; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut extract; 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour (spoon and sweep method*); 1/2 teaspoon baking powder; 1/8 teaspoon baking soda; 1/4 cup lime juice; 1 cup coconut flakes, sweetened; *Using spoon fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. (Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.)
