3/4 c shredded coconut

FROSTING
•
1 c butter @ room temp
•
1 t vanilla extract
•
1 t coconut extract
•
6 c powdered sugar
•
4 T fresh lime juice
•
3/4 c shredded coconut for sprinkling on cupcakes
