1 cup rice
1 cup water
1 cup coconut milk
½ cup of canola or vegetable oil
1/2 -1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/2-1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
2 eggs lightly beaten
½ small onion sliced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup peas and carrots
½ tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
¼-½ teaspoon of curry powder
2-3 tablespoon of water or chicken stock (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
