½ cup chilled butter cut in small cubes
1 ½ cups all purpose flour

5-6 tablespoons chilled water
2/3 cup sugar
¼ cup cornstarch
1 (13.5) ounce can coconut milk (full fat)
½ cup half n half
4 egg yolks
1 ¼ cups sweetened flaked coconut 
2 tablespoons butter
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ⅓ cups whipping cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ¼ teaspoons cornstarch (optional see notes)
⅓ cup toasted coconut
