2 (5.1 oz) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (3.4 oz) pkg. coconut cream pudding mix
•
7 oz. of shredded coconut
•
4 cups of whole milk
•
2 prepared pie shells
•
1½ cup whipping cream
•
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
•
1 tsp vanilla
•
¼ cup toasted coconut (To toast coconut -Spread evenly in a shallow baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown. )
