Ingredients: 2 (5.1 oz) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix; 1 (3.4 oz) pkg. coconut cream pudding mix; 7 oz. of shredded coconut; 4 cups of whole milk; 2 prepared pie shells; 1½ cup whipping cream; 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar; 1 tsp vanilla; ¼ cup toasted coconut (To toast coconut -Spread evenly in a shallow baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown. )
