2 tablespoons honey 
One 6-ounce bag sweetened flaked coconut, such as Baker's Angel Flake
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup fresh coconut water (refrigerated, not shelf-stable) 
3 large egg whites
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
