INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup natural nut butter (just nuts + salt)
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup vanilla protein powder* (Bob's Red Mill is good)
1 cup oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons chocolate chips + 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Optional: 1/3 cup dried tart cherries (or dried fruit of choice)
Optional: 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Fancy sea salt, for sprinkling
