INGREDIENTS
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup + 1 cup packed Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour*, sifted
2 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
3/4 cup sweetened coconut, shredded or grated
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon Imperial Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar
*Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
