1/2 Cup Oil
•
2 teaspoons Vanilla
•
1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Frosting:
•
1/2 Cup Butter, softened
•
2 2/3 Cup Sifted Powdered Sugar
•
1/3 Cup half and half (can use milk or whip cream)
•
1/3 Cup Cocoa
•
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
