Ingredients: 1x packet of Game Farm Quail ( 6 ) boned; ( or 500gm of chicken, 6 drumsticks or 4 butterflied Spatchcocks); 100ml peanut oil; 4 Tablespoons of soy sauce; 1 Tablespoon of finely grated ginger; 1 small onion sliced; 2 cloves of crushed garlic; 4 Tablespoons of tomato sauce; 300 ml coke ( 1 small bottle); 200 gm snow peas; Extras: 1 sliced large red chilli, 1 cup coriander leaves and 1 handful of cashews for crunch
