For the cinnamon cream
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup superfine sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. coarse salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla paste or pure vanilla extract
2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole milk
