1 tbsp. coconut oil or oil of choice
•
1 lb. ground turkey
•
1 tbsp. garlic powder
•
1 tbsp. onion powder (yes, it’s okay. I know there is already onion in there)

2 tsp. dried thyme
•
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
•
Fresh basil, chopped or sliced thin
•
1/2 lb. spiral, whole grain pasta, cooked to package directions (I used brown rice pasta)
•
Parmesan cheese (optional)
•
Salt and pepper to taste
