Clean Eating Loaded Grilled Chicken Nachos

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 ounces boneless and skinless chicken breast, chopped small
1 small purple onion, diced small
1/2 cup corn kernels (canned, fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup black beans, cooked
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
4 cups (about 3 ounces) gluten free, stone ground, unsalted corn tortilla chips
1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
2 small roma tomatoes, diced small
1 jalapeno pepper, slice into circles
1 small avocado, pit removed, peeled, and sliced
