1/2 cup (115g) packed light brown sugar
•
1 large egg, at room temperature
•
3/4 cup (195g) creamy peanut butter
•
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
•
24 chocolate kiss candies, unwrapped
•
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
•
OR: 1/4 cup green sanding sugar and 1/4 cup red sanding sugar
