4 center-cut boneless pork chops (about 4 oz. each), cut into thin strips
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup orange juice (from 1/2 navel orange)
3 teaspoons canola oil
8 ounces white mushrooms, sliced
1/2 napa cabbage, shredded (about 6 cups)
2 carrots, peeled and shredded
4 scallions, thinly sliced
8 6-inch flour tortillas, warmed
