1/4 cup non fat plain greek yogurt ((+ two tablespoons) )

1 TBSP yellow mustard

1/4 cup green onions (chopped, more or less depending on preference)

1/2 TSP celery salt
•
1/4 TSP smoked paprika

2 TSP sugar (or honey (or sweetener of choice!))
