•
1 plum or 1/4 cup grape tomatoes, chopped
•
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
•
1 tablespoon lime juice
•
Oil for frying

2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

2 plum tomatoes or 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, seeded and diced
